To join, pick your plan on the 20-minute request form; the badges on the cards fill it in for you. Operations and Command work differently: you book the 20 minutes and we scope the install together.

People are free on every plan
Other systems in this category bill per user. Some charge for every crew member who clocks in, so hiring your ninth guy raises your software bill. On Ergivo, adding a person costs nothing. Plans follow the company itself: more crews, and more money moving.
What counts as a crew
A crew is a separately scheduled field team that worked during the billing month. If you're on the mower yourself with no separate team, that's Quote & Bill.
A busy week does not move you up. Plans change only after a sustained crew count, two billing months in a row, and Ergivo tells you first.
Fair questions
What does setup include?
We set it up with you. Connecting QuickBooks, importing your customers and pricing your catalog is our work, and your part is one call to walk through your prices and crews. Moving years of history or redesigning how you pay crews is a real project, scoped and quoted in writing first.
Do I have to leave the tools I already use?
No. QuickBooks, your CRM or marketing tools, whoever runs them for you, and your current phone number and inbox stay where they are. Estimates, scheduling, crews, costing and invoicing run inside Ergivo, and proposal status goes back out so your follow-up can fire off it.
Will my crews actually use it?
They clock in, work, take photos and clock out, all from one button. Job costing is derived from what they were already doing, so there are no cost codes to fill in.
Their bonus is calculated from those punches, so the incentive points the right way.
What if it does something I didn't want?
Every change is staged and shown to you in dollars and hours before it is written. You approve it or you don't.
You always see the change first. Whether it is right is still your call, and the format keeps the check to a few seconds.
What exactly are the agents?
Standing jobs that run on your own data every day: the morning brief, follow-up on open proposals, and a quality pass on every photo. They run today at our first company and are opening to charter customers. Follow-up goes out under rules you set.
Do I need to pay for Claude or ChatGPT?
You pay for Ergivo, and the AI app is how you talk to it. Claude works on its free plan to start. ChatGPT works too; it needs a plan that allows connecting apps. The screens work on their own, so the AI is the faster way, not the only way.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Thirty days' notice in writing. Your data exports on demand whether you stay or go: customers, properties, job history, photos, all of it.
Is there a free trial?
No, because a trial would run on a half-connected QuickBooks and your data wouldn't be in it yet. The 20-minute call prices a job on your own numbers before you pay anything.
What don't you have yet, and who is this not for?
We're newer than the incumbents and we'd rather say so here than in month four. We don't have SOC 2 certification yet, and there's no single sign-on. Multi-branch operations are built per company as part of a Command install. If your insurer or your biggest commercial client requires those today, we're probably not your year yet.
It is also a poor fit if you want software you can buy and be left alone with, because we are in your business during setup. Having an operations manager and a controller is no reason to skip it; the question is whether they are still rebuilding the same information by hand across systems that do not talk.
An agency sent me here. What changes?
The price stays the same. Your agency keeps running your marketing and their setup work is theirs. We handle the operations side and stay out of their lane. Agencies work with companies on Operations and Command.
