Ergivo runs a landscaping company in Winter Park, and it has since spring 2026. Everything on this site came out of that company's days.
Why it exists
Owners should not have to train people on software. Every new office hire, every new crew member, every season, someone has to learn where things are kept in a system built around screens and forms.
So we built it the other way. Your team talks to an AI, and everything lands in the system correctly. When the company hires managers, they start from a live operating record.
What it has done so far
Counted from the production database. Imported history is excluded. Scheduling has run since April, the timeclock since late May.

Ergivo was built inside a working landscaping company by the person running it, with live crews and invoices on the line. Every feature exists because a specific day went wrong and something had to change by the following morning.
The name
Ergivo comes from ergon, the Greek word for work.
